About these terms

This website and store are operated by Timeless Valor, LLC (Timeless Valor, we, us or our). Our store is hosted on Shopify. These terms govern use of our website and orders where they have been made available and accepted as required by law. Please read them together with our Return, Refund and Limited Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Receipt of a watch does not, by itself, establish agreement to new terms.

Orders, pricing and workshop capacity

You must have legal capacity to place an order, use an authorized payment method and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Every watch is handcrafted by our founder and small team. We accept a limited number of commissions at a time, and production availability depends on current capacity. Your order confirmation and agreed project schedule describe your order; an inquiry alone does not reserve a production slot.

Prices, selected options, applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed with your order. We may change prices for future orders. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an increased amount without your agreement. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide the applicable refund. We may decline unlawful orders, suspected fraud, restricted destinations or orders beyond our capacity, subject to applicable law.

Customer artwork and authority to commission

By submitting artwork, logos, insignia, photographs, names, text or other materials, you represent that you own them or have all rights, licenses, permissions and consents needed for the reproduction and use you request. Possessing a file, serving in a military unit or requesting a personal item does not itself establish those rights. Do not submit classified information, restricted operational information or materials you are not authorized to disclose.

You retain ownership of your submitted materials. You grant Timeless Valor and its production service providers a nonexclusive license to reproduce and reasonably adapt them to prepare proofs, manufacture and fulfill your order, and provide related service. This fulfillment license does not authorize unrelated advertising or transfer third-party rights. We may request evidence of authorization, require changes or decline materials that reasonably appear unlawful or infringing. Production does not imply endorsement by any military service, government, unit, foundation or other organization depicted. Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to our policies and applicable law.

Final proof and Production Authorization Form

For customized designs, review the final proof and Production Authorization Form (PAF) carefully, including names, spelling, dates, artwork, placement and specifications. Your approval authorizes production of the approved design. Changes after approval require our confirmation of feasibility and any additional price or timing before the change proceeds. Minor differences in screen color, physical materials and printing or engraving may occur; this does not excuse material departures from the approved proof or an actual defect. Model-specific specifications apply; a specification for one movement or watch does not apply to every model.

Any separately agreed design charge, deposit or cancellation condition must be disclosed before you agree to it. The approved PAF records the design and order-specific details; it does not eliminate our responsibility to supply conforming goods or your nonwaivable rights. These updated website terms do not retroactively alter existing order commitments or signed documents.

Production and expedited service

Typical standard production is 10–14 weeks for fully custom watches and 3–5 weeks for foundation pieces using a predefined design. For fully custom watches, Rush Service is estimated at 3–6 weeks and Priority One (P1) Service at 2–3 weeks. Expedited upgrades are paid, subject to capacity and a separately confirmed schedule; pricing varies by model and is shown with the watch or quoted for your order. The applicable schedule and required approvals will be communicated for your order. These general estimates do not extend an existing promised shipment date. Custom orders, returns and warranty

Personalized goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after customized production begins, except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing. This does not remove remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, failure to fulfill an order, or other protected circumstances. Contact us promptly about an issue. Our Return, Refund and Limited Warranty Policy sets out the 24-month case-and-movement manufacturing-defect warranty, shipping responsibilities, claim process and exclusions.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by accidents, impacts or misuse. Examples include damage caused by bar fights, ejecting from a jet, falling off an aircraft carrier or using the watch as a hammer. The cause of damage determines coverage; an activity, occupation or deployment alone does not invalidate coverage for an unrelated defect. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. These terms do not disclaim applicable implied warranties or contradict our express written warranty.

Publicity, reviews and privacy

The order-fulfillment license above is separate from promotional permission. We will seek separate permission before using your private order artwork, name, portrait or personal story in promotion. Tell us if you want names or identifying details obscured in an authorized promotional image. Permission from you does not replace any necessary permission from an organization or other rights holder. Reviews or other material you deliberately submit for public display may be displayed for that purpose; do not include private information about others. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Website content and acceptable use

Our original website text, photography, designs and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks and materials remain subject to their owners' rights. You may use the site for lawful browsing and purchasing; commercial copying or reuse of protected content requires appropriate permission. Do not submit unlawful or infringing materials, impersonate another person, introduce malware, bypass security or collect others' personal information without authorization. We may restrict misuse of the website without removing valid existing order or warranty obligations.

Third-party sites and optional services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them. Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons; this does not excuse our order, warranty or statutory obligations.

Claims involving customer-supplied materials

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Timeless Valor, LLC for reasonable losses, damages and legal costs from third-party claims to the extent caused by your breach of the artwork-rights representation above or your unlawful submission of materials. This does not cover our negligence, willful misconduct, unauthorized use beyond the fulfillment license or our own independent infringement. We will give prompt notice of a claim, reasonably cooperate and allow a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. No settlement imposing obligations on you may be agreed without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. Nothing here removes nonwaivable consumer protections.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect commercial losses such as lost business profits arising from use of this website. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence causing personal injury, defective products, breach of an express or applicable implied warranty, required refunds, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us so we can try to resolve a concern; doing so does not waive legal rights or suspend applicable deadlines.

Florida law and applicable federal law govern to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of their residence. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful. Updates apply prospectively and require any notice or acceptance mandated by law; they do not rewrite completed purchases or existing commitments.
