Who we are and what this policy covers
Timeless Valor, LLC operates timelessvalor.com and related Timeless Valor customer services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, order a watch, submit artwork, approve a design, contact us, use customer accounts or request service. Timeless Valor is responsible for the processing we determine; Shopify and other providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
- Contact and account information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details and communication preferences.
- Orders and transactions: products, selected options, prices, payment status, transaction references, order history, shipping and delivery information, refunds and related records. Payment providers process payment credentials through their services; do not send card numbers by email or in artwork uploads.
- Design and approval information: artwork, logos, photographs, names, inscriptions, dates, personal stories or service details you choose to submit, mockups, messages, approved specifications, signed Production Authorization Forms and related approval records. Please submit only information needed for your project and do not send classified, restricted or unauthorized third-party information.
- Support and participation: correspondence, warranty and repair records, photographs of an issue, reviews, referral information and other information you choose to provide.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or similar identifiers, pages and products viewed, shopping and checkout activity, referring pages and interactions with our communications. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies support these functions.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through use of our services, and from providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, reviews, referrals, shipping, analytics and ecommerce services. The information involved depends on the features you use and your choices.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare and approve designs; process payments; produce and deliver orders; provide account, warranty and repair assistance; maintain approval and transaction records; administer reviews and referrals; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain and improve our services; comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements; and establish or defend legal claims. We also use appropriate contact and usage information for marketing and advertising, subject to consent and opt-out requirements.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant bases are taking requested steps before a contract and performing it; complying with legal obligations; legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our business where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and consent where required, including for certain marketing and tracking. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully performed.
Who receives information
Information is disclosed as needed to Shopify for ecommerce and related services; payment processors; shipping carriers and fulfillment providers; hosting, document, communications and support providers; and people assisting with design, production, warranty and repair. Our store also uses Google services for analytics and advertising measurement, Judge.me for reviews and ReferrLy for referrals. Providers receive information relevant to the services they perform. Public reviews and information you deliberately submit for public display may be visible to other people.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Shopify may use information about interactions with our store alongside interactions with other merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalized shopping and advertising. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify privacy portal for Shopify's practices and choices. See Google's Privacy Policy for its practices.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a sale or reorganization, subject to applicable safeguards. Separate third-party sites and services have their own privacy practices.
Cookies, advertising and sale or sharing choices
Essential technologies support shopping carts, checkout, account access, security and privacy preferences. Other technologies support analytics, reviews, referral attribution, advertising measurement and personalized advertising. Session technologies expire when a session ends; persistent technologies remain until their expiry or deletion. Lifetimes vary by provider and purpose. Browser controls allow you to block or delete cookies, although some store functions may be affected.
Disclosures of identifiers, device and browsing activity, and shopping or transaction information to advertising and ecommerce partners can constitute a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money is paid for information. Where applicable, you may opt out through the store's “Do not sell my personal information” or privacy choices link, through available cookie controls, or by contacting us at contact@timelessvalor.com. You can also use the Shopify privacy portal for Shopify's own processing. Where legally required, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request for the browser or device sending it. Traditional Do Not Track signals are different from these legally recognized signals.
Choices may be browser- or device-specific. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop all disclosures, and a choice made with one provider does not automatically apply to every other provider. Contact us if a choice is unavailable or does not appear to work. Where consent is legally required, nonessential processing requires that consent; this policy is not a substitute for obtaining it.
Marketing and private designs
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using its unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Order, approval, delivery, security and service messages may still be necessary. Placing an order is not, by itself, permission to publish your private artwork, name, portrait or personal story for promotion. We seek separate permission for that use. Tell us if you want names or identifying details obscured in an authorized promotional image. Please do not include other people's personal information in public reviews without authority.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, taking account of the order and service relationship, warranty needs, accounting and tax requirements, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable legal deadlines. Different records may require different periods. A deletion request may be subject to legal obligations or other applicable exceptions; it does not necessarily require deleting all order, approval or warranty evidence. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Contact us if you believe information has been exposed.
International processing
We operate in the United States. Shopify and other providers may process information in the United States, Canada and other countries, where laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about transfers relevant to your data; Shopify's privacy notice describes its own arrangements.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion or portability, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and request human review of legally significant automated decisions where applicable. Payment and fraud-prevention providers may use automated checks; contact us if a transaction is blocked and you want assistance. We do not claim that every right applies to every person or that every request must be granted without exception.
Submit requests to contact@timelessvalor.com or call 1-800-774-4980. We may need reasonable information to verify identity or an authorized agent's authority, and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising rights. If we deny a request, you may ask us to reconsider or appeal where applicable. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator, including your local European data-protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
Children
Our services are intended for adults commissioning or purchasing watches, not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's information for sale, sharing or targeted advertising. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authority, contact us so we can investigate and address it as required by law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as practices or legal requirements change, and will provide additional notice or seek consent where required. The update date appears above.
