The watch which chronicles my police career was damaged by the lads at my local jewelers when they attempted to install a new battery. Alas. So I contacted Timeless Valor about repairs. Presto, in just a few days the watch was off on its first trip home. Then, in just a few days it was on the way back to NH. It arrived in perfect condition after being superbly packed. Glad it's back and I have it on as I type this. Fantastic wrist watches made with care but even the finest constructions need expert TLC from time to time.
