Overhaul Service

This is a service request for an overhaul of your watch. The service includes case and bracelet polishing, deep cleaning, gasket inspection and replacement as needed, pressure testing, and battery replacement. Replacement of broken or damaged components is not included and will be quoted separately if required following inspection.

If you would like to replace or upgrade to a custom bezel during service, this can be arranged. The cost of the custom bezel will be quoted separately and issued as a second invoice.

If your career has progressed since the watch was originally made, we can update the watch during service to reflect a new unit, assignment, or milestone. This may include a new dial or updated caseback engraving. Any customization will be quoted separately and issued as a second invoice.

Important – Prior Notification Required
Before sending your watch for service, please contact us to notify us that it is being shipped and provide the tracking information so we may monitor the delivery. Please do not send a watch without prior notice.

Shipping Instructions
• Please do not send the watch box. Ship the watch only.
• Wrap the watch securely in bubble wrap and place it inside a sturdy shipping box.
• We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance for the full value of the watch.
