Alldaron spent over 2 hours with me during the design review and presented multiple renditions of the watch. Fantastic customer service.
Even the finest watches need TLC from time to time.
The watch which chronicles my police career was damaged by the lads at my local jewelers when they attempted to install a new battery. Alas. So I contacted Timeless Valor about repairs. Presto, in just a few days the watch was off on its first trip home. Then, in just a few days it was on the way back to NH. It arrived in perfect condition after being superbly packed. Glad it's back and I have it on as I type this. Fantastic wrist watches made with care but even the finest constructions need expert TLC from time to time.
We handcraft each watch in Tampa, FL – however our workshop is not open to the public. Our mailing address is: 334 East Lake Road #186 • Palm Harbor, FL 34685 USA Important: Do not ship watches for service without first contacting us to receive auth/instructions.
